How can a wearable promote muscle growth?
When talking to a Physical Therapist on how a device could promote muscle growth, I was pointed to research neuromuscular junctions. These junctions are at the taper of muscles that operate with electrical impulses- I set out to see if a device could realistically trigger these areas and support the workout.
As school picks up, Derrick finds making time for the gym more difficult.
